Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Viln Often Mislabeled/Viln.store

All orders are processed within 2 - 5 business days including shipping/handling.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

ALL orders are packaged and shipped Monday - Friday

(Excluding Saturday, Sunday & National Holidays).

Orders placed after 4 pm weekdays/weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delays

Severe weather, natural disasters, and other conditions beyond our control can delay or disrupt our delivery services. If there is an active service disruption, we will email our customers via email and at Viln.store. All weather alerts will appear at the top of screen in the notification bar on our homepage.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or telephone.

[Viln Often Mislabeled] ships to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. To ensure your package arrives as noted in our policy, enter your address correctly and include all required and relevant information. 

Correct abbreviations, street numbers, buildings and apartment numbers or letters is extremely critical for timely deliveries.

We make every attempt to validate the shipping addresses provided at checkout. If we encounter an issue with the shipping address we'll make every effort to contact the customer. Unfortunately periodically delivery isn’t completed due to the customers shipping address is incorrect.

If that’s the case, Viln Often Mislabeled will not be held responsible lost items due to customer neglect.

After processing is completed allow 24 - 48 hours for delivery information.

Damages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the continental US.

Missing or Stolen Shipments

If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:

  1. Alert us at TheRealViln@viln.store 
  2. Contact the shipping carrier
  3. Allow 21 days for investigation
